Mutfwang Hails Masari's Appointment as President's Political Adviser, Citing His Grassroots Prowess

Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended his warm congratulations to Hon. Ibrahim Kabiru Masari on his appointment as the new Special Adviser to the President on Political Affairs.

In a statement released by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, Governor Mutfwang lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as a strategic and well-considered decision. He expressed confidence that Masari’s extensive political experience and unwavering commitment to party development make him exceptionally suited for the critical role.

Governor Mutfwang highlighted that Masari, a seasoned politician from Katsina State, has a long-standing record of exemplary leadership, integrity, and competence in managing party affairs across Nigeria.

"He has consistently demonstrated political acumen, foresight, and a proactive approach to engaging stakeholders across all six geopolitical zones. This has been instrumental in strengthening party structures, mobilizing grassroots support, and fostering inclusive political participation," the Governor noted.

Mutfwang specifically praised the significant organizational progress recorded within the party in the North-West region under Masari's influence. He described the new appointment as well-deserved, particularly in recognition of his impactful tenure as the National Welfare Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

"Hon. Masari’s visionary leadership, resilience, and dedication to grassroots political development are commendable. His core values of integrity, inclusiveness, and excellence have rightfully earned him respect across the entire political spectrum," the Governor added. He expressed optimism that the appointment heralds a new era of strengthened political engagement and more inclusive governance at the national level.

Masari’s new role as Special Adviser comes after he previously served as a Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political Affairs.
