EID-EL-FITR: EMIR OF JAMA'A PRAISES KADUNA GOVERNMENT FOR DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS

By Abubakar Labaran Kafanchan

The Emir of Jama’a, Alhaji Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu, has commended the Kaduna State Government under Governor Uba Sani for executing meaningful developmental projects across his emirate.

The Emir made the remarks at his palace in Kafanchan while addressing thousands of subjects who gathered to pay Sallah homage and receive his traditional Eid-el-Fitr message.

Alhaji Muhammadu expressed satisfaction with the progress under Senator Uba Sani’s leadership, noting not only improved mutual respect and lasting peace but also the execution of key projects. He highlighted several initiatives, including the upcoming University of Applied Sciences in Kachia, the upgrade of General Hospital Kafanchan to a Medical Centre, and the completion of the dual-carriage road from Ungwan Rimi Bridge to NEPA Roundabout in Kafanchan.

While congratulating the Muslim faithful on completing Ramadan, the Emir urged them to uphold the lessons of discipline and piety learned during the holy month, in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Also speaking at the event, Jema’a Local Government Chairman, Hon. Peter Tanko Dogara, extended Sallah felicitations to the Muslim community. He thanked the Emir for his sustained support and emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence among residents, regardless of differences.

The occasion reinforced the strong partnership between the traditional institution, local government, and the state government in fostering development and unity.
