Eid-el-fitr: senator katung extends warm wishes to Muslim Ummah, urges Sustaining Ramadan Lessons

As Muslims worldwide celebrate Eid-el-Fitr after observing the holy month of Ramadan, Senator Sunday Marshall Katung of Southern Kaduna Senatorial Zone has extended warm wishes to the Muslim Ummah in his constituency, Kaduna State, and Nigeria at large.  

In a press statement issued yesterday, Senator Katung urged Muslims to use the occasion for sober reflection, atonement of sins, and upholding the lessons of Ramadan.  

"On this joyous occasion, I appeal to all Nigerians, especially our Muslim brethren, to carry forward the lessons of the blessed month, rise above challenges, and strengthen the bonds of unity to keep our senatorial district, Kaduna State, and Nigeria united,"* he said.  

He further called for continued prayers for the nation and its leaders, emphasizing peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and understanding to foster rapid development.
