Southern Kaduna Hosts Prayer Summit, Advocate Unity and Progress

The Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association (SKCLA) has emphasized the importance of unity and love in fostering peace and development in the region. This call was made at the annual Southern Kaduna Prayer Summit held in Kafanchan, where Apostle Emmanuel Kure, President of SKCLA, urged residents to work together towards building a stronger and more prosperous society.

Kure stressed that unity is crucial for the region's future, saying, "It is time for us to unite with one mind and one goal to rebuild the structures of Southern Kaduna." He also encouraged residents to love their neighbors, regardless of their faith, and commended the Federal and State Governments for improved security in the region.

Apostle Kure further called on Southern Kaduna elites to leverage the prevailing peace by establishing industries that would provide employment opportunities for the youth. Bishop Zakka Nyam, guest speaker at the event, expressed optimism that 2025 would mark a turning point for Southern Kaduna, urging residents to make sacrifices to achieve God's plans for the region.

Hon. Henry Magaji, Deputy Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, described Southern Kaduna as a land with immense potential. He called on residents to support the state government to enjoy more dividends of democracy and commended the Executive Governor of Kaduna State for his quality leadership.

The summit, themed "Come, Let Us Reason Together," featured prayer sessions, song ministrations, and intercessions for Southern Kaduna, Kaduna State, and Nigeria at large. The event was well-attended by Southern Kaduna residents from all walks of life.
