NBA Elects NSUK Alumni President Barr. Nuhu J. Egya as 2nd Vice President

The Nasarawa State University (NSUK) Alumni Association has hailed the election of its National President, Barr. Nuhu J. Egya, Notary Public, as the new 2nd Vice President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Barr. Egya’s ascension to the national leadership of the legal profession came via an unopposed victory during the NBA’s recent national elections.

 In a statement released to journalists, the Alumni Association described the development as a "resounding validation" of his professional standing, noting that his unanimous endorsement reflects his widespread acceptability and recognized competence among legal practitioners nationwide.

In a statement signed by the National Public Relations Officer, God'spower Ede, the association expressed immense pride in its president, crediting his "Midas touch for excellence" for revitalizing the Alumni body over the past year. The statement read: “Barr. Egya’s unopposed emergence speaks volumes about the trust and confidence reposed in him by the Nigerian Bar. It further affirms that hard work, integrity, and service do not go unnoticed.”

As Barr. Egya prepares to balance his leadership of the alumni association with his new national duties, the group offered prayers for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength. “On behalf of the National Executive Council, Board of Trustees, and the entire members of our prestigious Association, we wish our President a successful and impactful tenure.

 We have no doubt that you will bring the same passion and excellence to the NBA that you have brought to NSUK Alumni,” the statement added.
