Dr. Abene urged the unit’s staff to always ensure transparency and timely service throughout the hospital. He also instructed them to visit all departments and units to educate colleagues about their respective roles in upholding the SERVICOM principles.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee (C-MAC), Dr. Rimini Kefas Machunga, expressed appreciation to the CMD and management for establishing the SERVICOM unit, reiterating that the core idea of SERVICOM is patient satisfaction.

She further emphasized the need for timely communication to save lives and manage critical situations effectively.
