Kuryas Commends Speaker Abbas' Inclusive Leadership, Highlights Constituency Outreach

Honourable Excellent Musa Kuryas, an aspirant for the Kaduna State House of Assembly, has praised the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, for his inclusive leadership and direct community empowerment initiatives.

Kuryas made these remarks yesterday while addressing journalists in Kwoi, the headquarters of Jaba Local Government Area.

He stated that Speaker Abbas has demonstrated a leadership style that transcends ethnic, religious, and political boundaries, earning widespread admiration for a commitment to serving all Nigerians.

"Through various initiatives, the Speaker has shown a consistent willingness to listen and respond to the concerns of citizens, fostering a greater sense of unity and inclusiveness," Kuryas said.

He cited the Speaker’s approach as a model for effective governance, noting that it complements the reform and development agenda of the House of Representatives.

Kuryas highlighted specific examples of Abbas’s constituency outreach, including the recent distribution of cash and food items to Christian communities during Christmas to enable a comfortable celebration.

Beyond seasonal gestures, he noted that the Speaker’s interventions have regularly included job opportunities, educational scholarships, and the distribution of vehicles, motorcycles, and cash grants to beneficiaries from all walks of life.

Against this backdrop, Honourable Kuryas urged continued public support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) administration at both national and state levels, under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani, respectively.

He expressed confidence that with such supportive leadership, the country would continue to advance toward meaningful development
