In the spirit of Eid-el-Kabir, Honourable Daniel Amos, the Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, has gifted rams to traditional rulers, Juma’at mosque imams, and political associates across his constituency.

The gesture, announced in a statement by his Media Director, Victor Teh Dabo, in Kafanchan, aligns with the festival’s values of generosity, gratitude, and unity. The lawmaker emphasized that the initiative reflects his commitment to fostering peace and mutual respect among all constituents, irrespective of religious or ethnic differences.

Dabo noted that Hon. Amos’s consistent efforts to promote harmony demonstrate a leadership style built on empathy and inclusivity.

“As the Muslim community prepares to celebrate this sacred occasion, Hon. Amos’s gesture serves as a reminder of the enduring values of compassion, understanding, and shared hope for a more united society,” the statement read.

Among the beneficiaries are prominent traditional leaders, including the Emir of Jama’a, the Chief of Ayu, the Uchu Ninzo, and the Chief of Gwantu.

The distribution underscores the lawmaker’s dedication to strengthening communal ties and upholding the cultural significance of Eid-el-Kabir, a festival that emphasizes sacrifice and kindness.
