Plateau Police Command Parades 25 Suspects for Kidnapping, Gunrunning, and Other Crimes


Plateau State Police Commissioner, Emmanuel Adesina, has reaffirmed the Command's commitment to ensuring a crime-free state. He made this declaration while parading 25 suspects at the Police Headquarters in Jos on Tuesday for various criminal offenses.

Adesina highlighted the Command's recent operational successes, including the arrest of suspected kidnappers, a gunrunner, and the recovery of an AK-47 rifle. During the operation, a victim was successfully rescued.

Among the suspects paraded were individuals linked to criminal conspiracy, culpable homicide, human trafficking, grievous hurt, and impersonation. The Commissioner also revealed that camouflage uniforms and stolen motorcycles were recovered, along with other exhibits.

The Plateau State Police Command expressed gratitude to law-abiding citizens and the media for their continued support in the fight against crime and criminality in the state.
