Stakeholders and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kafanchan Wards A and B, Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State, have declared their total support for all candidates of the party in the 2027 general elections.
The stakeholders, under the auspices of APC Jema’a Emirate (Kafanchan A & B), made the declaration in a press statement jointly signed on Saturday in Kafanchan by Abubakar Hassan, Ismaila Tijjani, Professor Bashir Idris, Honourable Yusuf Tanko (Babalere), Nasir Alluh and several others.
According to the statement, members of the party across the two wards have resolved to remain united and work tirelessly for the victory of the APC at all levels.
“We are united in our commitment to the progress, stability and victory of the APC. We pledge to mobilize voters, promote peaceful participation and support issue-based campaigns,” the statement read.
The group reaffirmed its loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and pledged support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government, particularly its collaboration with states and local governments to strengthen primary healthcare, basic education and public services.
It also passed a vote of confidence on Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, for what it described as his inclusive governance style and commitment to infrastructure, education, healthcare and rural development.
The stakeholders specifically commended the proposed upgrade and conversion of Sir Patrick Yakowa General Hospital, Kafanchan, to a Federal Medical Centre, noting that the move would improve access to specialist healthcare for residents of Southern Kaduna and neighbouring communities.
They further expressed appreciation for the appointment of sons and daughters of the area into positions of responsibility, as well as the provision of learning materials to schools and the rehabilitation of Primary Healthcare Centres within the communities.
The group said it would mobilize peacefully and lawfully for APC victory, while rejecting violence, hate speech, misinformation and divisive conduct.
It called on all party members and supporters to put aside personal differences and work together for the success of the party in 2027.
