CMD DASH Hails Governor Sule for Solar Borehole Approval, Says Water Crisis Ends.
Timescope News
The Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital, Akwanga, Dr. Esala E. Abene, has praised Governor Abdullahi Sule for approving the drilling of a motorized solar borehole at the hospital’s temporary site.
Dr. Abene made the commendation during an expanded meeting with management staff heads of units and other senior staff held in his office in Akwanga. He stated that the governor’s intervention will effectively end the water supply challenges at the facility, adding that Governor Sule deserves praise for promptly addressing the hospital’s urgent needs.
The CMD appealed to the staff to strive for excellence in all their duties, warning against settling for mediocrity. Drawing an illustration, he compared their roles to a king appointing rulers or administrators to avoid incurring losses. “Let it not be that as a director or head of a unit here, the hospital suffers loss because of you,” he said.
He urged the staff to work diligently and honestly to ensure the hospital’s growth. While commending the management and unit heads for their hard work despite a lack of space and manpower, he asked them to do even more so the hospital would not suffer losses. He prayed that the labor of every staff member would not be in vain.
