States SUBEB Chairmen Convene in Borno for National Reform Summit
Dr. Kassim Muhammad Kassim, Executive Chairman of the Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board (NSUBEB), joined his counterparts from all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory for a quarterly meeting focused on revitalizing the country's basic education sector.
Hosted by the Borno State Government, the meeting aims to critically assess challenges and formulate actionable strategies to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes nationwide.
In his opening remarks at the Government House, Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, welcomed the delegation. He praised the collective commitment to strengthening the foundational education system and wished the chairmen productive deliberations. Governor Zulum also gave assurances of their safety and security during their stay in the state.
