Migili Monarch Links National Insecurity to Parental Failure in Moral Training

His Royal Highness, Dr. Ayuba Agwadu Audu, the Zhe Migili and Paramount Ruler of Migili Land, has identified the failure of parents to instill moral values in children as a significant contributor to the rising insecurity in the country.

The monarch emphasized that nurturing children with strong ethics from a tender age is crucial, as these values shape their character into adulthood. "When you teach a child good moral behaviour, he will grow and live with it," he stated.

Speaking to Timescope news at his palace, the royal father expressed concern that many children are raised in volatile environments where they are exposed to negative influences. He warned that when arrogance and deviance are normalized, young people become easy targets for recruitment by criminals and miscreants.

Zhe Migili described the current trend of juvenile delinquency as a breeding ground for societal ills. He challenged parents to prioritize their children's moral education and closely monitor their development to guide them toward a positive future.

While expressing deep concern over the recent wave of killings and kidnappings in parts of the state, Dr. Agwadu appealed to security agencies to intensify their efforts to rid the area of criminal elements. He also cautioned youths to engage in meaningful ventures rather than searching for shortcuts to wealth.
