Senator Katung Illuminates Southern Kaduna with Solar Street Lights Across Eight LGAs

In a demonstration of unwavering commitment to the welfare and development of Southern Kaduna, Senator Sunday Marshall Katung has donated solar street lights to the zone a move poised to bring far-reaching benefits to residents. 

The initiative, designed to enhance safety, security, and quality of life, will see the lights strategically installed across all eight local government areas (LGAs) in the senatorial zone.  

Speaking on behalf of the community, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain Alhaji Ali Fadi expressed profound gratitude for Katung’s gesture. He emphasized the project’s transformative impact, noting that reliable nighttime lighting will reduce accident risks, deter crime, and improve the area’s aesthetic appeal.  

“Senator Katung’s dedication to our well-being is evident in his tireless efforts to attract projects and resources here,” Fadi stated. He also highlighted the senator’s broader legacy of supporting education, empowerment, and humanitarian causes in Southern Kaduna.  

“This initiative is one of many examples of his commitment. His work as a champion for the people will inspire future generations,” Fadi concluded.  

The solar street lights mark another milestone in Katung’s ongoing mission to drive progress and uplift communities in his constituency.
