Jama'a Local Government Chairman Urges ECWA Women to Pray for Government

The Executive Chairman of Jema'a Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Honorable Peter Tanko Dogara, has urged the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) Women Fellowship of Kafanchan DCC to use the opportunity during the 2025 DCC Annual Conference to pray for the government, its leaders, and especially the Governor of Kaduna State.
The Chairman made this appeal at the ECWA Women Fellowship Conference held in Kafanchan, with the theme *"You Will Seek Me and Find Me,"* based on the Book of Jeremiah 29:13. The event took place at the Conference Ground in Ungwan Fari, Kaninkon, today.
Honorable Dogara also encouraged Christians to engage in activities that promote peaceful coexistence in the area. He emphasized that his administration is committed to fostering peace, unity, and stability.
He promised continued partnership and support moving forward, acknowledging that this year's theme reinforces the importance of human relationships with God.
Those who accompanied Honorable Dogara during the visit included Rt. Honorable Ado Dogo Audu, Counselor of Political Affairs to the Kaduna State Governor; Mr. Dogara Thyen Audu, Education Secretary of Jema'a SUBEB; Mr. Daniel Waje; Mr. Paul Aliyu; and members of the APC Women Door-To-Door Initiative for Hon. Peter Tanko, among others.
Professor Sunday Agang, an ECWA Trustee for Zone Four, delivered a message of appreciation on behalf of the area to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, for ushering in a new era of inclusive governance, particularly in Jema'a Local Government Area.
